The City has received the abovementioned proposal for consideration.

The subject lot is located within the “Guildford Historic Town” which is on the State Register of Heritage Places protected by the Heritage Act 2018 and is designated as the Guildford Heritage Area under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme.

Details of the proposal:

The application seeks approval for a 1.8m high solid brick fence to the secondary street interface (East Street) with brick piers up to 2.1m high.

Plans and supporting information have been provided. Patio & Swimming Pool mentioned in the reports are not a subject of this application.
